Her substantial experience in the development, implementation, and ongoing assessment of new program initiatives and use of technology to advance business processes have given her the skills and insight that are needed to design creative programs that are essential in any endeavor of strategic planning, including diversity strategic planning, growth and success. Her accomplishments required a very high level of organizational skills, analytical skills to conduct ongoing self-assessments of academic programs and institutional operations, the ability to create efficient and technologically advanced workflows, and the ability to prioritize organizational and strategic goals.
